1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and company name, plus any optional company details you add (address, logo, phone, contacts).
• Content you provide — floor plans you upload (such as MeasureSquare .fez files), rooms and measurements, materials and labour, quotes, and your company branding.
• Voice data — if you use the voice interview, we capture audio of your spoken answers in order to turn them into quote entries.
• Usage and technical data — such as device and browser type, IP address, and log data, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, provide and operate the Service (building and storing your quotes), transcribe your voice answers, suggest quote line items from your answers and plan notes, improve and troubleshoot the product, and meet our legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that power the Service, only as needed for them to perform their function:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage;
• OpenAI — transcribing your voice answers;
• Anthropic — helping match your answers and plan notes to quote line items.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice as required).

4. Data retention

We keep your account and content while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can delete quotes and content in the app or ask us to delete your account. Voice audio is used to produce a transcript and is not retained by us longer than needed for that purpose; processing by our providers is subject to their own retention practices.

5. How we protect your information

We use measures such as encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can update much of your information in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. International processing

We and our providers may process your information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
